Our dog started having non-stop seizures about 8 pm. Our vet's answering machine recommended  this location. I was very impressed with the staff and especially impressed with Doctor Anderson. She explained our options and answered our questions thoroughly. They were professional and kind about the whole process because we ended up having to euthanize our dog.

Wonderful care for my dog Pod. She ate some Gorilla glue and had to have surgery to remove a giant gluey mass from her stomach. The staff was wonderful. I felt like I was picking up a family member when she was ready to come home. The front desk guy Cameron was wonderful at keeping me calm wile I was Waitting.

Our puppy got sick over New Years holiday weekend and we were forced to consider an emergency animal hospital. We had never been here before and it was a one hour drive from home. There was one other emergency hospital closer to us but this one had more consistent reviews, so we gave it a try. 

This is not your hometown vet office. It’s an emergency hospital and it feels like one. That said, we called ahead with our issue and got into a room immediately due to possible contamination. The doctor did not exactly have good bedside manner, but she answered our questions and didn’t try to push something that was not needed. 

All in all we were satisfied and got the answers we were looking for. We wanted to rule out any serious problems with a cough that developed the day before. The doctor checked for a number of possible issues and told us at that time nothing required antibiotics or further treatment. We left without a bill (?!) and happy to have our worries calmed.

The staff is wonderful. My dog had stomach surgery and they were very professional and timely. They updated me as needed and were there on a Sunday morning to check out my pup. No complaints from me. They are truly live savers

After having a nightmare of an experience at a different emergency vet in the past, I was very nervous about having to bring my dog to another ER BUT this place was great! My main positive take away was that they did not try to push unnecessary treatments on me.  Overall I was very happy with the treatment and care we received here and in the event of another after hours emergency, I will definitely bring my animals here again.
