I asked for an appointment for my dog and the receptionist told me $375.00. looking at the reviews and past experiences with their neighbors, I wouldn't advice to take your pets to this people. Advice, look for another "vet" outside of the state, I am sure we can find more humane practitioners, and not just people thinking in how much money is getting for every pet that cross their doors and risking the health of the dear friendly furry.

They are unsympathetic and money hungry. They did many tests of my sweet cat and basically told me to put him down after charging me near $1000. They asked me for another $200 to find out for sure that he had what they thought he had. I told them NO. Why didn't they do that with the $1000? I tried to get more information and left the doctor a message which was never returned. I guess they just wanted the $200 and could care less about my dying cat. That was 2 weeks ago and my cat is getting better. Take your pet there at your own risk!

The vet assistant didn't numb my dog's remaining eye before she measured the pressure in his eye. My normal vet does, so I expected them to do it as well. Whatever tool they used was obviously different so I thought maybe it was better so I didn't say anything. I should have, but I expected the level of care and expertise to be higher there. By the end of the appointment my poor dog was in so much pain that he wouldn't even open his eye. I even mentioned that to the vet assistant, but nothing was done. This appointment was to determine how bad his glaucoma had gotten in his remaining eye, and maybe if it was time to let him go. It was time. He spent his last night on earth with me in more, unnecessary pain because of indifference. Because he was just another patient to be seen. During the exam the doctor actually told me he was already in a lot of pain, but didn't offer me any medicine to help. They left me leave without any tools to ease my dog's suffering.

In the past visits I have been fine until June 26th. I brought my pet Al for his yearly eye examination. Dr McLaren said he may have a eye infection, she said need to swab / culture it to see what kind of bacteria. When I went to pay for this, total was $382.00. I was told $ 180 was for swab / culture. I was upset that I was NOT told about the price before swab was done. I am disappointed and angry that Animal Eye Clinic just assumes that I have this money. What if I did not have this amount to pay and needed to pay for rent and food. It would be nice if I was told about the price and Not be surprised,
