This Banfield took AMAZING care of all three of my big, difficult dogs. They were patient and figured out what worked best for each pet. Also, when I had to put one of my sweet babies to sleep, they were beyond supportive and caring!!!! I would highly recommend Banfield, especially the one on 300 W! 💓

Took our elderly cat there because she was throwing up, was breathing rapidly, and had a mass on her side. They had no appointments so I had to do drop off service which I never talked to the doctor to address my concerns. After HOURS of waiting for someone to call me back, I called them back twice all to be told that they were not sure and sent me home with medication that my cat didn’t take. Upon calling them the next day to inform them about it they said to still continue to give it to her. I just took her back today for the same thing plus she stopped eating again with a drop off appointment and again not seeing the doctor. I was called back an hour later and said she had air in her stomach and needed to take her to the emergency clinic. When I took her to the emergency vet it wasn’t air but CANCER!! They misdiagnosed her and now she has 2-6 months of life left. They didn’t even do the X-Rays right and the emergency vet had to redo them. Never again will I take my pets here.

I wish there is a way to rate just zero. There record keeping is a home. The Vet seemed out,of it the whole time. We did a year wellness package for a new puppy and ended up having to get a different vet because we couldn't get the vet to respond when she said she would. Our last visit they apparently ran tests that normally took a few days to get the results. They all of a sudden had it in a few hours. When we bright the dog home (because you have to leave them there all day) he got sick and when taking him to the other vet they found things that apparently petsmart misses along with the dog getting a stomach sickness. There are really good gets out there and it is super cheap to get the vaccinations done at the humane society as well as getting a pet fixed. Petsmart is a waste of time and money.

Brought my pup here at 530pm with a BROKEN PAW and was sent away because they're closed early for their team meeting!! My dog is visibly and verbally in pain and all I got was a number to another banfield location. Called that one and they said they're not taking any more walk-ins tonight and that I can come in the morning or go to the pet ER. which the person on the phone very much emphasized that it was very much expensive. Are you serious banfield?! You think am I gonna put a PRICE on my dogs health?! Go back to your team meetings and get your priorities straight!!

This place is the worst. All the workers are rude and very awkward. Took my dog there for an ear infection and at the follow up appointment they didn't even have notes on which ear was infected...she also had no idea what the first vet had instructed me to do to improve the infection.. will never go again.
