Tried to buy the new iPhone X as they had it in stock. They told me that I had to purchase a case and screen cover in order for them to sell it to me due to the limited supply of the phone. I will not be blackmailed into purchasing nearly $100 worth of add on's I didn't want. Will never step foot in that store again.

The people were friendly but they were out of Sim cards for a 3 days. We went to the actual sprint store and they were much more helpful

No option to give zero stars. We upgraded my daughters phone in Flint (halfway drive between our homes) and were told we could add my son to her $103/month plan for $45 additional on her plan and a free phone. She paid $383 dollars in the store that day. Porting his phone number over to Sprint was a nightmare vs the "easy step" we were promised. Two months later I owe $460 in addition to the $143 I paid in April. Called this store and made an appt with the manager to explain these charges. No help. She couldn't "see" the Flint store transactions to explain them to me and could only explain half the charges on my current bill. But she kept saying "I sm explaining - you just aren't understanding me". She was no help at all and actually started acting a bit arrogant because poor little me was just not smart enough to get it. So big company Sprint can't make transactions from all their stores available online for their managers to see other than at the specific store. Can't wait to leave this company. Feel like we've been scammed big time.

We transferred to sprint,was lied to and ported back to Verizon 2 days later, was a bad bad mistake. Now we have been receiving bills from sprint and every one is above $1000. We have been getting the run around from employees about our refund. They owe us nearly $500 and it's always a different excuse. This has been going on since early February. They were just given notice I will call back in 1 week for our money,if they don't refund it,I call Dave Bundy on the news.

Great service. I needed to change phone carriers and the manager promptly and clearly helped explain about rates and fees. She diligently assisted with the transition. This is the way businesses are suppose to run. Thanks!
