I walked in and told the Sprint employee I wanted to cancel my line because I was switching to my wife's plan. He said ok and that a representative would call me to their both when the are available. I waited 10 -15 min or so and then when I told the rep I wanted to close my line he told me they don't do that in the store. Could have saved me the 10 min. Other than the wait they were helpful.

All I needed was a sim card they know they have because they already checked, and rather than one of the employees who were just standing there getting the thing they make you check in then stand around for a half hour while employees do seemingly nothing. Then as if that wasnt bad enough, knowing I just wanted to get a sim card and go, they made me wait just to tell me that they wouldn't give it to me unless I activated the phone, that I own, at their store! Funny thing is the baycity corporate store had no problem giving me a SIM card two days prior literally no questions asked but unfortunately did not have the one for my particular phone. I called Sprint and they said they would happily mail it to me. Do yourself a favor and go to the baycity store or just call Sprint yourself if u need a sim card.

It's always neat & organized but if you don't get there as soon as they open, you'll have quite a long wait for any service

Purchased Samsung Note8, love the phone, but they need to work on customer service for returns. Purchase experience was good (happy to sell me anything I wanted) until I went back 6 days later to return accessory (invisibleshield glass). Came off my phone 2 days after purchase. Called Zagg customer service, they acknowledged it was a poor design and multiple customer reviews reflect the same. Sprint rep told me he has never heard this complaint and said it must just be the one I purchased, tried to get me to exchange. I refused and he did then take return. He was not friendly, no eye contact, no name given... I then asked about autopay, which I enrolled when I purchased phone... rep's reply was "oh yeah, we've had problems with it not sticking." He looked at my account and said I do have autopay, which I added after I noticed it wasn't on my account. I inquired about my current bill not showing a credit for the autopay and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked who could, he said his Manager, I asked to speak with him, he said he wasn't there. He asked if he should email his Manager... I, of course very irritated by this point, said yes I want a call back from someone who can fix this. Rep said Manager would call me the next day. It's now been 5 days later and no call. I just called Sprint customer service 800 number and they fixed it. I've been a loyal Sprint customer for 13 years and I do not appreciate rude behavior just because you aren't making a sale.

Ask for Tim if you need anything...!!! I worked@ Verizon for2 years so I can tell when someone isn't all about Commision . He started my wife and mines account quick, Friendly, and gave me the best deals possible. Then I got both my kids new phones and saved $60 because he called and to ld me if I came a certain day they were Waiving activation Fees. Plus we got glass screen protectors, cases , and a badass bluetoot h Speaker For everybody @ amazing deals. I Love it and my Note 8... lol ASK FOR TIM...!!! I promise you'll be taken care of and leave Happy!!!!!
