The service was not the best. I had my vehicle towed in because of a red fluid leaking, which I thought was transmission fluid. A diagnostic test was preformed and per Hector, all was good, except a slight glitch with the computer. But all else was fine. I told Hector "No it's not what is leaking than?" He replied "leak? Nobody told me of any leak!" TO DIAGNOSE IS TO DO A THOROUGH CHECK, VISUAL AS WELL AS COMPUTER! When I went to the dealership to check on my vehicle, Hector informed me that they found no leaks. I disputed that finding. I informed Hector that I, a grandmother, climbed under the vehicle and saw a red fluid leaking from my vehicle. Hector called the service crew to put my vehicle back on the rack, to show me that there is nothing leaking. I went into the bay with Hector and the mechanic. They said " see no leaks on the transmission. Nothing leaking at all!" So I reached over to the frame, just below the passenger door and asked "than what is This?" They were shocked to see the fluid leak. The fluid was not transmission fluid as I had thought. It was red antifreeze. It is so sad that these so called mechanics only rely on computers and will not do a VISUAL inspection. A grandmother can spot a leak and have to show the mechanic where it is. There is no pride in doing their job well. The computer can not nor will it ever replace a humans ability to do a VISUAL inspection. As the daughter of a great mechanic I ask, "please have pride in doing your job as it should be not relying on computers!"

I was greeted within 5 minuets of being on the lot, after visiting several other lots and not being helped at all, the sales man was very helpful and polite. He was very attentive to my wants and needs in my new vehicle. Overall I had the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle and will go strait back to Advantage Dodge if I’m ever in need of another vehicle

The service department of dodge is so awesome. These folks are dedicated to hard work and professionalism. Other departments like the sales team could learn a thing or two from the service department. In fact, comparable to the excellence I've noticed is the hard worker bees in the service department are the service techs and mechanics behind the scenes. These folks hopefully are being honored somehow with their continuous hard work and knowledge of all the systems of vehicles they are caring for. The only downside is that my vehicle has had such an exstensive about of work needing to be done to it since I purchase it in 2013. The book of repairs is outrageous! If it wasn't for your excellent service department team, we would have left you years ago.

My vehicle ended u at Advantage because anothet dealer didn't fix it correctly! The other business was supposed to pay for repairs by Advantage. However, when I was able to drive the 7hour trip 2 weeks later the payment had not been made! I had to wait 30 min. while the other dealer was contacted & payment was made. Only then would they give me paperwork & my vehicle! Other than that the job was done correctly unlike the dealer in Arkansas!

I love Advantage Dodge, I recommand if you looking for a New Ride, Advantage Dodge is the way to go. Amazing staff and very helpful car salesman. They treat you with Respect, and answer all your questions. I will be looking at Dodge Advantage again when I want a new vehicle 💯
