I had a poor experience buying several cars from this dealership and decided to give them one more shot, and they can not fulfill commercial sales.  If you're going to be a GMC dealer you should expand into commercial sales not just the home market.  The salesman I spoke with even told me to just go next door to Reliable Chevrolet.  All I needed is a box truck. It doesn't seem like it should be that hard to get ahold of,  especially since it was going to be a custom order vehicle that I am paying cash for...  I'll take the salesman's advice and just go to reliable Chevrolet. Oh wait, I won't go there either because of similar bad experiences. I guess off to rich ford I go.

After months of dealing with Garcia Buick here in Santa Fe trying to resolve an engine problem with my Buick and after charging me hundreds of dollars, I took my car to Pitre Buick.

I worked with Frank, a service representative, to determine the cause of the engine hesitation.  It took Pitre several days to isolate the issues with my car, but the problems were identified and fixed.  Frank took the initiative to review all my invoices from Garcia Buick and determined that the work done by Garcia was under warranty.  Frank contacted Garcia and  had Garcia pay for a portion of the repair bill.  Excellent customer service!!!!  Frank was so accommodating and attentive to ensure my car was repaired correctly.  Add to the fact that I can have my car washed every time I'm in ABQ, will ensure I bring all my vehicles to Pitre in the future.

A very pleasant experience.  As we walked in we were greeted by Ridge, who then showed us around, helped us look at a number of cars, and then worked out the sale.  Perhaps the best part was that Ridge had sense enough not to try and talk to fill every silence as we test drove.  He waited for our questions.  It made it very relaxed.  Thanks to all the friendly Pitre folks.

The most positive experience I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle! Brent Kvern was easy to work. He spent a lot of time making sure I was completely comfortable with every aspect of the car buying process from the test drive to getting to know my new GMC Acadia Denali. I would recommend him and Pitre Buick to anyone!
