My experience was beyond amazing thanks to Fernando Vela. He went above and beyond to help me get approved and not just for anything for the car that I actually wanted. He was very patient and friendly to myself and to my young family that came in with me, he offered them food, snacks and drinks. He went out with us for a test drive and let us see all that the car had to offer. He took time to explain how everything worked and showed us all of the cool accommodations that the car had to offer.  He worked on my paperwork for two days to get me approved at a good interest rate and keep the payments that I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and he stayed after hours helping me. He is an amazing people person and he really strives to get everything you come in for. Anyone looking for a new vehicle or used should come see Fernando at Perfection Honda Rio Rancho.

Scott Walker is absolutely wonderful!!! I have purchased two vehicles from him and when the time comes to buy another, I will go back to him. He is a nonsense guy and the price is always fair. When your car salesmen is more like a friend then a salesman, you know you are in the right place. I would recommend Scott and Perfection Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. Paul in finance is just as wonderful as Scott; while I didnt spend nearly as much time with him as I did with Scott; he was still very professional and a joy to work with. The fact that the atmosphere at the dealership is so positive, shows that Perfection Honda is an excellent business that holds itself to the highest standards in business. If you are looking for a new car; go to Perfection Honda and work with Scott and Paul and you will not be disappointed.

First off I want to say I was surprised with our experience at perfection Honda. We had previously purchased a vehicle at the Academy location, and our experience wasn't the best. We later came to find that the next vehicle we wanted was at the Rio Rancho location. We worked with Dan Chavez, who was beyond patient and transparent with us, but he also was extremely helpful in getting us what we wanted. He was professional and worked diligently, but also took time to acknowledge our baby and talk about his experiences with his own children. I feel like that made him seem so personable, which seems hard to find in a car salesman. We are so happy with the car he got us into (especially since it wasn't the one we thought we initially wanted). And he provided us with facts and honesty, which we truly appreciate. 10/10 would recommend this dealership, and we will be giving out Dan's info to our family and friends who are on the market for a new vehicle. Thank you Dan! We love our new car!

I came to Perfect Honda with an exact idea of the car I wanted. I immediately came in contact with Fernando Vela who walked outside to greet me immediately. He was very friendly and was open ears to what I wanted. I traded a vehicle in for the exact vehicle I was wanting to include the package I wanted. Fernando’s customer service greatly exceeded my expectations! I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda to go to Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho and request Fernando Vela as your personal car sales associate!

Was here for a service appointment for my mom's car. Service department was prompt, professional and friendly. We weren't hassled into unnecessary work, in fact, the service manager actually advised against some work that the tech had recommended doing.  He said that it wasn't urgent and could wait until her next oil change.

As for sales, they're pretty awesome too! Not super pushy & won't try to sell you something that you can't afford. The general feeling is that they'd rather sell you something that you can afford & be happy with & get you to refer them than make a larger commission.
