I originally spoke with Steve, the service manager, with issues on my car. He was very helpful and made me feel like my problems were a concern to him. We then worked with Jordyn in service. She gave the same immaculate service to me. My car was fixed and in my possession quickly. I will absolutely be using this dealership for all my service needs on my Chrysler. I cannot say thank you enough for the prompt and amazing service I received from everyone I dealt with at Mark's Casa Chrysler Jeep.

Absolutely trash. Terrible experience whenever I have to deal with this place. My brand new car broke down the second day I had it, manager seemed like he could care less. Gone through 3 temporary tags now and found out they never sent in my proof of residence so now I get yet ANOTHER tag. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous! **edit from last post, the manager Kenneth and the finance guy Michael are the ONLY employees that really seemed to go out of their way to help me, and were able to do so in 2 days. The two stars is for all of the other salesmen and managers and secretary's that managed to make this a 3 month ordeal. I would give Kenneth and Michael 5 stars for their help.

My husband and I went in June 27 of this year and purchased two new cars.
Chrysler 200 and Jeep Latitude. Our experience with finance was the same as the gentleman that just posted.
Our car salesperson was nice, but the whole financing issue was horrible.
First they had me and my husband on the loans, after a month goes by no funding..I contact them a few times and then find out that they could not find funding with both of us on a loan. Mind you this is over a month!
We go in, the tell Roy he had to resign new paperwork, at that time I wanted to give them the cars back! My husband, being non argumentative signed the new paperwork.
Then another few weeks go by, we had to renew out temp registration 2 times too!! Then we finally get financing on only the Chrysler. The Jeep still not financed our registered two months later! We were mad at the whole process and lack of ability to obtain financing right away. We have never had a problem at other dealerships.
Finally, month and a half later, the Jeep is financed!! This was insane and miserable.
To top it off, I have a Jeep that I hate!! It rides like a tank. Every little bump felt!!
I am so sad about the whole thing and will get rid of this Jeep Latitude as soon as possible!!!

Only place I would recommend to buy cars! Staff are personable and help get you a vehicle you love but can still afford. Have always had a great experience with Ramzy at Casa!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Mark Casa Chrysler Jeep in the past 2 years. I love the experienced staff and the professionalism. Every time I go back has been a wonderful experience when I make a purchase. Go see Marco and his team, he is the man who makes things happen. This time I had to go in for service on my 2017 Chrysler 300s. I was upset that I had a service issue with my vehicle. My car would die and all my dash lights would turn on then everything turned off. All of sudden I had no power. I called on a Friday afternoon. Service advisor Velvet was the one who answered and advised me to bring it down right away if it was able to. So I finally got my vehicle to start and drove to Mark Casa service and Velvet right away assisted me with a loaner vehicle and advised me that she will keep in contact with me once she finds out what is going on? Monday I get a text from her that my BCM computer is defective and will have to order one down. Velvet got it over nighted from Denver and had it installed and programmed Tuesday. I get another text from her that my vehicle is ready that same day! Now that is service making sure to keep me informed and having it resolved promptly! Because of the service and sales experiences I have had with Mark Casa Chrysler Jeep I will only continue to purchase my vehicles from them and refer all my friends and customers to only them! Thank you Mark Casa team!
