My son,6 years old, has been attending for the last 4 months. He has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and is extremely busy, loud, intelligent and sweet. Being that he is mine I can look past all that but he has frustrated many teachers, soccer coaches, swim teachers, and children around him. Mr Sugar and his staff have had immense patience and understanding when dealing with him. I spoke to the staff and explained his ADD and they still continue to teach and tutor him.
When my family comes in the whole staff knows me and children by name, this includes the kids that don't take classes with them. I am no one special the whole staff is like this with all the students and their families. I know it sounds hokey but they really try to be a mentor and big brother/big sister. 
This is not a McDojo. No one gets belts/rewards unless they earn them. I have seen kids cry and parents angered by  Mr Sugar and staff not just giving into the child's whim. You get what you earn such as life. But seeing my son and other kids earn a belt, get a kind word, or shown tough love is worth every penny.

Mr. Sugar is the best instructor ever!  He is extremely patient, the kids have so much fun and yet he still teaches discipline. The studio is clean, no smelly odors like many others we've been to in the past and it's in a very convenient location. The cost is  reasonable and they are very flexible with their classes to accommodate our busy extra curricular activity schedule. I would recommend Advantage Martial Arts to anyone!

We have been so happy at Advantage Martial Arts.  Our son has been a student for several years and followed the Mr. Sugar from another facility.  The instructors are all excellent and take care to engage and know each student.  My son has gained confidence along with the physical aspects of his training.   He also has FUN!  He's 15 and has as much  fun now as he did when he was younger.  5 STARS!

Mr. Sugar and his staff are always very professional and our son really enjoys coming to class. The staff has helped our child come out of his shell and build more confidence. This has been a great experience for our family and we would highly recommend Advantage Martial Arts.

Being able to cut his birthday cake with a sword is what sold my son. He has continued to take classes 1 -2 times per week for over a year now.  The instructors and staff work wonderfully with the kids. I highly recommend them!
