I was a member for seven years before being employed at the Louisville Athletic Club. I enjoyed my experience so much as a member, I chose to build my career within this company. As a small, locally owned business, we are not a franchise, we are independently operated and love being part our community. Everyone has a different set of obstacles in their lives but the one thing we all have in common at LAC is we’re trying to get healthier together.

It's a great gym it's got all the stuff for guys weights basketball courts etc. and it's got everything for women yoga classes other classes and then go wor weights basketball courts etc. and it's got everything for women yoga classes other classes. Great for parents who have children because they have a playroom check playroom hours. They even have someone that will spray tan you as well as tanning beds. My favorite part of this gym is the theater room so I can go in the dark and work out in private :)

Gym is mostly clean minus the women's toilet in the handicap stall. Wifi and music advertised but barely working most days. Plan to use your data plan. Friendly staff; good hours. Suggestions/requests go into a black box without response. There is a wall of tv's but the frequent outages of some TV's or lack of sound are blamed on the internet company. Tv's directly on machines lack a channel guide making it painful to change the channel - your thumb will get a good workout! Good selection of equipment but repairs are not speedy. Parking at peak times is challenging otherwise parking is convenient. Gym desperately needs signs to remind members involved in multiple set workouts to allow others to work through.

Great gym - all the equipment you can ask for. Don't like crowds? Go in the mornings. Locker room smells like a locker room. Staff is very polite.

I have belonged to this gym for over 2 years now. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
