Didn't have the best experience but management followed up with us after the party and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.  Clearly they care very much about their customers and making sure they have the best experience possible.  I will definitely be going back and would recommend to others.

Updating review... We are now members and the classes they offer are amazing. We do the gymnastics and ballet and these are not fluff classes definitely get what you pay for and much more very very impressed. I had several interactions with employees and they are all about customer service and making the customer happy keeping customers around for a long time highly highly recommended.

We LOVE All About Kids.  My 2 daughters attended over the summer for open gym and swim.  Now they are enrolled in gymnastics classes.  Clean facility and friendly staff.  We highly recommend!

My child had a poor experience here yesterday. I brought her back due to an unexpected school closure, so after sending her to class, I asked if I could speak with a manager. The young lady at the front desk gave me the run around regarding what time she would be in, stating she probably wouldn’t be able to call me back, and trying to get details on what I wanted to talk to her about after I’d already stated that I wanted to discuss it with her directly. Very unprofessional.

Super nice staff and very accomodating for special needs kids and allowing parents/caregivers out during open gym to jump with them. We love this place and my son looks forward to it weekly!  Don't miss open gym and swim!  So worth it!

Again not happy with the cheer team. Long story short. My 4 year daughter is in the beginner team. It's a young guy that coach them he has no interest in the little ones. Practice starts at 5:30pm they are going to the bathroom at 5:40 they put another staff with him instead of one them taking the child to the bathroom they all go. At 6:00 back to the bathroom then water. At 6:15 they are practice. If you want to call that practice all they do is let them kids do whatever at 6:25 practice is over. My concern is that my daughter is very fear of this coach. I have caught him being very rude to my daughter and he looks up at me and then try to change his expression on his face. My daughter said she didn't want to go back. We took her that following Wednesday. She cried and ran out the room. I told her it's okay I'm watching you my daughter states that he is mean to her. That's why she don't practice. She is very uncomfortable with him. She is nervous when she goes. She also attends gymnastics on Saturday which she loves staff are great. For the money that was put in to this power cheer. I'm asking for a refund my daughter hasn't learned anything. I'm not to happy at all. So please take in consideration on a refund. I have talked with the owner once very concern about the first situation. So I hope that the owner take this in consideration. Mad parents: 😡
