They closed their New Albany location abruptly without any notice. Sent us an email saying they closed. No sorry or anything. No plan for the half year girls. No plan for refunds literally nothing but we're closed. Myself and several other Mom's have sent several messages, emails, and calls and no response. Powercore would respond saying to email encore. They deleted the facebook page for New Albany. Everytime someone tried to post to powercore it was deleted and them blocked from posting. After people started posting to powercore they opened the New Albany page back up, I guess so the powercore parents wouldn't see the type of people they are handing their money too. Run as far as you can away from these people they do not care about your kid.

Powercore is affiliated with Encore in New Albany. Unethically they shut the doors at Encore with no advance warning. If they did it once, they will do it again!! Very Bad!!!!! Probably not your best investment....just say’n!!

Very high quality service at a much better price than you'd pay at other local gyms. Great coaching staff! Amazing how much this gym has grown over the past 4 years. We love it here!

This is one of the "best" cheer teams. They have won numerous medals and even took a bid to the summit. The coaches are outstanding and teach these young people more than just cheer and dance. There is no I in team, and you must work as a team to win. If you want it you are willing to work

My child's coach quit with no warning! They did not tell us until we got to the gym. Also, they are still trying to charge me for lesson my child didn't receive. Really hard to get in contact with. Need better organization!
