This was the first car I'd ever picked out myself and taken lead on the buying process. I was anxious about whether I would get taken advantage of and also about feeling uncomfortable during the test drive. Our salesman, Kent was very friendly and kind and didn't have the "always on" persona that a lot of sales people have. I immediately felt comfortable with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. While going through the purchase process, which is all no nonsense, no haggle pricing (thank goodness) we met Corey and JR, who were also very nice, friendly and professional. Not one time did I feel pressured or rushed. Quite the opposite. The people at Holm go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. We were greeted with waves, smiles and "hello"s from all the other employees when Kent took us on a tour of the Center, including the shop. It seemed like a very friendly, happy working environment, which is always nice to see. I keep my cars for a long time, but the next time my husband or I need a car, we'll definitely go to Holm and ask for Kent. I don't usually like to write reviews because I understand that a lot of things are subjective and I wouldn't want to feel responsible for someone getting a product they didn't like based solely on a review that I wrote, but I feel very secure in recommending Holm Automotive Center Inc, and especially Kent!  If I hadn't been sold by his personality, we discovered he is also a dog person, which means he's a good guy in my book!  Everyone we met with stressed that they wanted us to let them know if there was anything at all we needed help with and it seemed very authentic, not just something they're told to say. I couldn't have had a better experience for my first time taking lead buying a car!

Holm Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have ever gone to.  This is the second vehicle I have gotten from them and I will never go anywhere else.  Michelle Holt is such a great sales rep and makes the whole experience relaxing instead of stressful.  The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can.  I have never felt like I was being pressured to buy, trade or lease or feel ripped off like I have at other dealerships.  It is well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Wichita to go to this beautiful small town and this outstanding dealership.  Thanks Michelle for all you did for me and I will look forward to returning and see what I get next time:)

Jerry quickly located the Buick Enclave we were considering and located one within the hour.  I was impressed with the quick responsive time! Within a few days, the vehicle arrived and we took possession of it within the week.  Corey thoroughly explained the paperwork and thanks to JR too. 
Tim Holm took the time to meet my husband and I and wish us a Happy 45th Wedding Anniversary. 
We had an excellent experience as first-time customers at Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, KS.

I felt welcomed from the minute I arrived at the dealership. The service people were efficient and listened carefully as I explained the problems with my car, and assured me they would take care of it. Communication was excellent and when it became necessary to keep the car overnight, I was given a rental car; again a pleasant experience! As I said, from start to finish, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend Holm to anyone!

I came to Holm because they have always provided me with outstanding service, I was looking to buy a replacement vehicle and they were able to not only get me what I needed but made it more affordable by researching every incentive and discount possible. Hunter and Corey made my buying experience less stressful and comfortable; they understood my needs and provided the best option for myself and my Family. I won’t go anywhere else because I know I will be treated exceptionally by everyone at Holm Automotive!
