I found the truck I liked online and went and visited Augusta Auto Plaza. I test drove the truck and they and was approved. My wife was working and was not able to get to the dealer ship to sign the papers. The owners drove down at 7:00 p.m. to my wifes work to sign the papers. They also did a great job of searching for the best rates for us. Even after we purchased the truck they checked through another bank to see if they could lower the interest rate. Great service, frendly and honest business. This will be my first place to shop when I look at purchasing a new vehicle.

I purchased a SUV from Bryan in 2007. I immediately drove it to Denver with all fluids filled. On the way home, I checked the oil and discovered it was using a quart of oil every 400 miles! I called Bryan and he hem hawed around and finally said, " I called my engine guy and he said this oil usage is normal for an Isuzu". Bryan did not honor his warranty because he said I had driven the thousand miles even though I called him with the problem before the thousand miles was up. Bryan Begley is not a trustworthy person and the integrity of his car lot is not worth the dirt it sits on. After several visits to reputable mechanics in Butler County, I was forced to sell the vehicle for much less than I gave for it the month before. It was a real blow to me financially because I was a poor college student at the time. If any body has questions about this I would be glad to answer them. My name is Jason Thornton, Bryan and it shouldn't matter when it was posted. Dishonest business practices have a way of following a company. You say you have honored thousands of warranties, so why not mine? I only made $8.62 an hour when I bought that SUV from you for $7000 and I needed a reliable vehicle! You also talked me into buying an extended warranty for it and they would not cover anything because the problem existed on the vehicle before I even bought it! Thank God the extended warranty was pro-rated and they refunded about 75% of the $1500 I had in it when I sold the vehicle. If I made then what I make now, I would have sued you for the cost of putting a new engine in that junk vehicle!

My wife and I were looking for another vehicle,we had been looking for several days in newspaper,online. Went for test drive at first stop. Went to augusta auto plaza on second test drive found truck we liked and priced right. Brian told us all about vehicles we looked (the pro's and con's). He took us to the office introduced us to his wife, Chris. She took our information and had us approved in less than 45 seconds. They were extremely friendly and helpful. When we were ready to leave they suggested a good place to eat(so we stopped there,very good food.) We highly recommend doing business with Augusta Auto Plaza. Make them your first call and give them a chance help you find your next car or truck.
