Advenir only cares about the bottom line, money! I have lived here since 2014 and they have had several owners of this complex. It used to be nice to live in but all the nice people move out and they're renting to anybody that can come up with the outrageous money there now charging. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for water yet there were no meters and they charge whatever they want per person which is unfair. The place is loaded with fleas and the other owners used to spray the grass advenir will not. The manager looks down her nose at everybody and does not want to be bothered. I had a very badly leaking ceiling for almost a year and they hire undocumented non English-speaking people to repair it and finally after several complaints and a soaked carpet they finally got it right. My carpet was old when I moved in and all the water brought out the odors from the previous tenants cat. We requested a new carpet when we just renewed our lease but they said no there now doing flooring and if we wanted it changed we'd have to pay $35 a month, I'm a disabled senior.

If I could truly give zero stars I would but the place first off lie about everything!! You have to pay water sewer trash and pest control but of course they tell you that you don't and when you sign the lease they act like it never sent so they send it several times without the mark of them saying they pay for it. Secondly when I first moved here my A/C didn't work I consistently have to contact to maintain an terrible situation! The work here is terrible and the bugs are disgusting! They have fleas and other insects so consist calling pest control. Secondly don't pay for an upgraded application apt I swear only thing new is the shower rod and kitchen light and toilet paper holder that's it and they break all the time!!! And having a balcony on the second floor is pointless you won't be able to enjoy nature because the nature they do have here is terrible you go outside and get ambushed especially at night there's always bats flying just horrible. Also the people who picks up the trash is horrible. The money I'm paying isn't worth it at all I rather go to GA and get a house for $500 than pay this $918 plus water & etc for trash. They don't care at all about they residents I tell EVERYBODY who ask how is this place and always tell them the truth this place isn't worth it. For my first apt I felt I did terrible never again I mean most apt in Orlando sucks but advenir is the worst of them all I feel unsafe my front door is so light and especially to get picked anybody can kick it down seriously. There is always people screaming at night thinking somebody killed someone. The people here are strange I swear it feels like one of those scary movies at night. This place wouldn't even care if the ceiling fell it will still be your fault. My balcony door breaks nonstop and the carpet is made out of the cheapiest material on earth. There doors isn't even a real door its a big piece of wood that is beyond uneven and painted with the cheapiest paint ever. So advice is to not move here but if so be prepared to have an lawyer because they are simply schemers who just want money. So before signing the contract make sure you read fully because I just found out if they want to come in your house just because and steal something they can because it's the residents fault so please read this and move on to the on your search list. Believe me you will regret moving in here I do every day. When I do save up and establish myself I'm taking my family out this place and never come back or recommend to not even my worst enemy. Currently water off because of the office wanting to make an excuse of the storm Irma that did hardly no damage oh by the way the water is never hot and sometimes the water here smells like sewer water so think wisely when searching for apts I wish I did. Also the apt they show you on the tour isn't even the apt you will get.

At first this place was really great. Everyone in the office is supper nice and the maintenance people are great as well. They also come out as soon as they can. But I would really reconsider living here. The smoke detector was not installed when we first moved in. There were unpatched holes in the ceiling from past renters. Within the second month of living here my car was towed. On top of that my finance's car was broken into, they stole my keys, and stole my car!!!!! My car is still missing. I'm currently still living here and waiting to move out.

I have lived here for almost a year now, the first few months were pleasant, however lately the class of people moving in here is not the greatest.
There have been a rash of burglaries recently, even a car was stolen.
My lease is up soon, I am counting the days. I believe you can find a more appealing apartment community for a similar price.

I love it here. Yes, the maintenance sucks at getting things done at times, but you have to take the good with the bad. The building is kind of old, but they are renovating the neighborhood since under new management and there are no bug issues at all, unless you have unclean habits... This is a great neighborhood. The surrounding area is old, but safe. ALWAYS QUIET and I always feel safe. It's a family place, always children on the playground. The water bill is expensive, but electricity is ok. There's several parks nearby and pretty much everything you need. Close to all major highways, the mall ucf, downtown, but not too close! It's very Peaceful and quaint. I love being here. If you're a patient person who wants quiet and privacy this is the place for you!
