I've lived here 3 years;rent is reasonable, office staff is nice. lately, they have had more community events which is nice for families. Maintenance responds quickly.

The Service for me and my family it is Five Star here at the Altamonte Villa Apt cause when you need something all the people of maintenance response as faster and very respectful.

Been living at the Villas for just over three years now and I have to say its a decent place to live. I am totally pleased with the efforts management made by hiring new staff to correct the issue with waiting long for repairs. Now within hours maintenance is on the situation. I once made a recommendation for them to place several "doggy litter bins" in an certain area, they took it and within some weeks it was done. The office staff is equally as helpful and courteous. So in my opinion a decent place to call home.

Rude staff. I waited 35 minutes to talk to a woman who tried to take me for dumb. Her name was Jessica. She told me the 2 bedroom was $860 when I called earlier and a man told me $790. She said oh I now see that one here. That just showed me that they are Money hungry. Later she yelled at some kids while giving my friend and I a tour of the very small 2 bed room apartment. Really?! They are kids and all they told her is that someone drew on the building. I would thank them not yell at them. Her and her staff manage the palms and Altamonte villa Apartments. On her card it said manager in training

BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE....THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE....NO PARKING...THE MATINENCE GUYS DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH A SHORTCUT EVERUTHING.....HEATHER THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS SUPER RUDE AND HER BOSS ERICA JOHNSON IS EVEN RUDER....MY DOWNSTAIRS TOILET FLOODED AND MESSED UP MY CARPET ON THANKSGIVING DAY...IN STEAD OF REPLACING MY CARPET THEY STEAM CLEANED IT 1 TIME....SO IT WAS CLEAN FOR ONE DAY AND EVERYTHING CAME UP AND MY WHOLE HOUSE SMELT LIKE OLD WATER.....SO I COULDNT EVEN KEEP MY DAUGHTER DOWNSTAIRS....THEN WHEN I MOVED OUT THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 30 DAYS TO GET MY 825 DEPOSIT BACK....WHICH I HAD TO PAY BEFORE I MOVED IN...WHEN TRYING TO CALL PRG MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEY DID NOT CARE ALL THEY TOLD ME...WAS HAS IT BEEN 30DAYS YET.....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY..UNLESS TAKING OVER BY NEW MANAGEMENT....AND STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT..24 DAYS AND COUNTING.........
