Excellent quality cabinets, flooring, granite countertops and spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets. Feels more like a home than an apartment. Love the pool and gym areas also. Close to park ave with a variety of restaurant choices and minutes from downtown and major highways. Multiple lakes and trails surrounding for walks and exercising. A perfect mix of nature and city.

beautiful, spacious apartments. TERRIBLE customer service / property management.  after 2 years and plenty of different girls in the office, i've never met a more incompetent group of people. their answers always "i don't know" or "i'll have to check". problem: they never find out or check OR get back to you.  sure, they're nice when you're looking to lease, but once you've signed...they treat you like crap!  they also lie and you get different answers from EVERYONE. be sure to get stuff in writing!

The manager and staff was very helpful and dedicated over an hour to me and my wife as we toured the grounds an several available apartments.  I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes in 3 different states (SC,VA,NC) over the 5 years (due to work)  and the staff,facility, price, and grounds are at the top of the list. This will be a 1yr lease as we just moved down to the area for a new job and will be buying a home soon. The staff was very helpful and even gave recommendations for places to buy with good school districts, and quality of life!!!
