I recently applied for an apartment and provided my fee of $145 money order. I decided I no longer wanted the apartment. Management stated my money would be refunded in 30 days by mail which is ludicrous considering I paid money upfront. It has been almost a month and half and still have not received my money. Nobody answers the phone every time I call to find out status. I leave them a voicemail and they do not call me back.

The upstairs toilet has overflowed for the third time since living here. We also have this issue where the front door is leaning to the side in which they've been nice in discussing but completely abysmal in actually getting a structurally sound door. I've called emergency maintenance line and even went to sleep for 4.5-5 hrs and had to wake up and go to the office, and here I am still waiting. No shower because the bathroom is filthy as hell... I'm about tired of this place. My friend is signing me off the lease and moving out her self.

I pick up my co workers here every morning we find new vandalism to their cars. They kids dance on the cars, jump on them, rip the antennas off and scratch cars. They come up near your house and be disrespectful and loud. Management says call cops.. who wants to call cops and report children. They don't know any better. Bad parenting. How about get on the golf cart and fine the parents. There just kids but they don't understand damage costs and they are alot of money. They slack on repairs, and constant raise of rent. Make the community a family. Unite. Or soon the good people will leave.

The apartments are very small! Too expensive!! Need to be remodeled! Very out of date for the price! They are bug infested! The Spanish chick name Janet is very rude and unprofessional!! The maintenance is very helpful! That's the only good thing about living there! I hate it!

Terrible service now with new ownership they tried to charge us for repairs that were needed before we moved in its almost impossible to get any thing done
