Friendly environment!  Received an oil change and tires for a good price and they were quick with the appointment. Highly recommend this dealership!

Since ownership has changed recently, you can tell that customer satisfaction is truly their number one goal. I wasn’t satisfied with customer service before the change but it’s like a whole new store! If you’ve had a bad experience previously, I suggest giving them another shot, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Bought a new $45,000 dodge truck with service plan. 
Now I find out you have to wait a week to get oil changed?  
Need a quick lube service to Compete with competition 
Person changing oil moves at a sloth pace..
1st experience was a one star. 

2nd experience with service department improved, but still needs improvements in maybe somebody smiling and phone answering with an up beat type personality ..😉

New management-owner  seems to be trying to improve on meeting customer expectations.

Awesome team. Very satisfied with our purchase of a brand new dodge dully from them. More then willing to work with us however possible  and fair on trade in. Best of all no pressure and fun. Thank you very much and look forward to future dealings  with them.

Worst service department in the world. I have fought with them before. Took 4 hours to change a tire with an appointment. They fail to fix a check engine light. Now the wheel bearings are blowing out of their sub par product with less than 40000 miles on it. I have called 4 times in the last 3 days to be told they will call me back in 15-20 minutes. Still haven't heard back a single time. Place is a joke. Save your time and go somewhere else. Will say the sales department is ok. But if you need something fixed this place is a bad plan.
