I took my 08 highlander in for service on March 1st 2018, invoice #412887. I was told my oil filter (K&N) needed to be replaced and that the VVT-I oil line is leaking. (looks like a common issue with the Highlander). My husband wanted to look at the leaking line to see if it was something he could replace, when he went to take the front tires off the lug nuts were loose. after checking, all were loose on all 4 wheels (they did a tire rotation) as part of my service. As far as the air filter, both of the bolts are missing on the air filter housing !. What the heck.? Who is doing service on the vehicles there. Never again will we take our vehicles there.... never !! I have some recall issues that need to be fixed but I guess I'm going to have to fine someone else to do the work..

Poor customer service.  When you call, you automatically go on hold.  We waited for around 3 minutes or more before a person even came on the line.  When we requested the Service Department, we went into a long ringing pattern, then were ultimately connected to someone’s voice mail.  When I call a business, I expect to talk to someone who can address my concern.  Don’t count on that here!  So when purchasing a vehicle with the promise of good service after the sale, don’t believe it.

I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to the Spradley Barr Cheyenne Ford service department for repairs. They tried to lie and scam me by saying the part I needed didn't come by itself so I would have to replace the whole unit that the specific part was a part of. I ended up taking my car to a family owned shop in town where they told me the complete opposite and was able to order the part by itself and fix the issue, saving me $800. Spradley Barr Ford also took out a different part when diagnosing my car and never put it back and of course claimed they didn't do that even though they were the only ones who worked on it before this was discovered. This ended up costing me another $400. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND GO SOMEWHERE LOCALLY, FAMILY OWNED.

Bought a truck and from Spradley Barr. While they were supposed to be scotch guarding the seats, an employee crashed the truck. Manager Mike Ervin said he wasn't going to tell car fax about the wreck.
