only reason this is a 1 is because there is no zero.  I bought a Mercury Mountaineer from them and with fairly nobby tires on it the noise I heard during the test drive was attributed to that. Come to find out the Transfer case is shot along with 3 of the 4 wheel bearings. Needless to say the repairs are more than the vehicle is worth. Buyer beware of what "AS IS warranty means.
