Don't do it!!! They only care about your money and looks. My hot Wife gets treated good when she come here. When I go in I get treated like trash every time.

The people what work there are great, however, I am not a fan of what they charged me for maintenance. Parts are expensive already so I was very displeased that a $90 piece of rubber cost $60 to install and disabling the chime on my Tundra cost another $60! That is $120 I was charged for a total of 10 minutes of work! Safe to say I won't be going here for maintenance anymore. Again though, the staff is really nice and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Customer service here is a joke. Waited 2+ hours in the lobby for an oil change, only for them to skip my vehicle. When i asked how much longer, I was told it would be another 2 hours. Service here has been consistently horrible every time I've been in. I would give zero starts if I could.

My Toyota is due for its 10K mile oil change and service. Toyota sent me a card to remind to schedule an appt. I followed the instructions to schedule the service. The local (Cheyenne) dealership called to say they don't take appts., just pop in. I went out this morning about 8:15 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. He said he could make me an appt. but if 5 people were ahead of me, then they would be the priority and I'd have to wait. I think the service department does good work and they are pleasant to deal with but this process is beyond frustrating. As an addendum - I got up early the next day, arrived at Spradley Toyota about 7:20 am, was first in l in line w/ no wait at all. Service was complete in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I have to stress how pleasant and understanding the staff is. The work done my vehicle appears to be very good. I will go back but I do stand by my original review regarding the frustration of receiving timely service and lack of appointment availability.

The service manager is pretty much a complete looser. He has some Jesus complex and thinks he can talk down to customers. I had a perfectly fine Toyota but traded it off to another dealership quickly after buying it just to cut all ties with this location. Not sure why he hates his job so much but it shows in how he conducts himself at work.
