UPDATED April 2018: Sean from Master Plumbing replaced our water heater. He walked us through our replacement options, provided thoughtful advice with examples, and did the replacement right away. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Sean was the perfect example of why Master Plumbing has never disappointed us.

Original Review: We've used Master Plumbing multiple times between two houses, and have never been disappointed. They've always sent polite, communicative plumbers who have been happy to talk about all of our options and help us save money. The one time a repair that Master Plumbing did for us uncovered a different problem, they fixed the surprise for free (even though it was the fault of a previous owner and not Master Plumbing).

Hello Master Plumbing
 I had a scheduled appointment to have a plumbing inspection done on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. 
I was called the day prior by  Shawna do you let me know that Kyle would be the technician who is going to do the inspection at my house.
She then called me again on the morning of April 3 to let me know that Kyle would be at my house between 9:30-10:00am.

Kyle was at my place  by 930 that morning.
I answered the door, Kyle introduced himself, informed me he was from master plumbers and that he was there to do a plumbing inspection. I showed him where the hot water heater and the three bathrooms in my house were located.

Kyle was very professional and polite and got right to work doing the inspection...

Upon completion of the inspection we sat down and he informed me in a very professional manner of his findings and a couple of possible remedies...

Both Shawna (Hope I spelled your name properly) and Kyle in my opinion are rare finds in today’s world of service providers.
They were both very professional, polite and precise in the performance of their duties.

If there is a form or recognition that the company provides for exemplary service, they both deserve two (2) of them...

Master Plumbers will be my mechanical service provider of choice!

My great experience started from the time I called in. The woman who helped me asked me how she could make my day great. I loved that! And, they were very accommodating with my schedule and arrived within the time they projected. John C. and Ty took the time to educate us on what happened and how to prevent the drain issue in the future. Thank you to John C. and Ty for your fast, courteous service!

Kyle was the service man .   he was professional and did the job and then told me all that was done.   He did a great job.   thanks Kyle
Cyawn took my call when my furnace was not working.   She was very kind and polite .   She scheduled me so I did not have to go without heat.
She called the next day and told me Kyle was once again to come and do my plumbing inspection.   They both were great to work with.   Thanks

I ordered a new dishwasher from Home Depot for my rental home and, day of installation, was informed that Home Depot was not warranteed to do it.  I called Master Plumbing and John came to the rescue. He was able to do the installation day-of order and even fixed a leak noticed by the tenant. John communicated well with me via telephone and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely call and request John for all future plumbing needs for this home.
