Roto-Rooter is North America's largest provider of sewer and drain cleaning services. Established as a company in 1935, we have been cleaning and unclogging pipes for over 75 years. In fact, the Roto-Rooter sewer cleaning machine, a true American original, was invented in Iowa by Samuel Blanc in 1933.

We just purchased our first home and 3 weeks later we had flooding due to the main drain being clogged. I called the office at 8:30 and someone showed up at 10. Zach came in, was so polite and easy going. Had everything fixed under an hour. I cannot say enough how awesome he was! By all the work he was doing, I assumed we were going to have a heft bill ($400) nope! 100$! Wow! I hope we don't need them again but I will certainly refer them to others!

I called to have our basement drain cleaned after it backed up, I should have gone with my gut and hung up when the phone was answered and the only thing I could hear was a screaming child in the background. Against my better judgement, I asked for service, was given a 1.5 to 2 hour ETA for arrival and was told the plumber would call when in route. 2 hours later, no word from the plumber, so I called back to ask about the ETA and the same woman back-pedaled and told me they can't give ETA's because each call is different. When I asked why I was given an ETA when I called the first time she didn't have an answer. After another 45mins, still no word from the plumber, I canceled our service call. It will be worth waiting for Kenway to get to my house.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Joe under some bad plumbing circumstances and he has fixed three major issues on both commercial and residential properties. I would recommend him to anyone.

Came out on Saturday, turned up when he said he would. Unblocked our drain and didn't surprise us with an inflated bill. Great service. Thanks.

On 9-12-15, Marlon Torres, Tech #245 helped me with a water pressure problem. Not only was he professional, but so very nice. He fixed the problem and explained everything thoroughly to me. Roto Rooter should be very thankful and glad that they have such a wonderful employee working for them. Thank you Roto Rooter and more importantly, thank you Marlon! Highly recommend the company.
