I had the misfortune of visiting this AE location on 8/28/17 and it's safe to say I will not be going back. The manager on duty in the men's section, Dominick, was extremely unhelpful bordering on downright rude when I requested a return/exchange. He very happily wasted an hour of my time because he refused to properly assist me with a return, instead delegating the task to a young lady whom while helpful was a little stressed by the situation and ended up making more than one mistake. Avoid this location at all costs. The customer service is atrocious.

I usually go to American Eagle because their jeans are affordable and comfortable. This location is a bit smaller than other locations I been too but it seems akin to their Union Square location. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. They always greet you when you enter and when you leave. There is only a checkout line on the main floor but the fitting room is upstairs. The men section is on the main floor and the ladies section is on the top floor. Sign up for their loyalty card and expect discounts in the mail almost every month.

The customer service at this location is great. They will go the extra mile for you if needed, lines are never long,store is always neat and everyone there is just so friendly. Might be my favorite american eagle location.
