Shopping wonderland. I love that I can find every possible thing I could want - from sunglasses to silverware- under one roof. It's also really convenient to have high/low options which makes it a great place for clothes and gift shopping. Staff is easy to find on the floor and lots of check out counters and fitting rooms. They do a good job of keeping racks organized by sizes and areas clean. Reward members always have saving opportunities with coupons at checkout too

I love this store! If you ever been to this store then you will know exactly what I’m talking about. This store is amazing. This is my favorite Macy store that I have ever been to in my life. There are several different levels and a wide variety of clothes for men , women and other. I am a man and I can say that this is a place that has a ton of men clothing. I feel that most places don’t have a lot of clothes for men and majority of the store is for women, but not here! There are lots of jackets, coats, tennis and dress shoes, pants, shorts, hats, scarfs, you name it, they have it. They have a large supply of product as well. I was there during the Christmas holiday and they really had the store decorated and it was amazing! They put a ton of money into decorating their store and if you look at my pictures you can see. Anyway, they had a ton of sales where some things were 50-75 percent off. I ended up buying a coat and some clothes because the sales were off the chain. If you ever get a chance to visit this Macy in NYC, please do , it’s a must! Enjoy!

Macy's is an iconic place to visit in New York city. It's a marvelous stores. Huge and with a spectacular wind displays. High quality items from perfumes and accessories to furniture and so much more to choose from. Not to mention the large election of high end clothes. Plus designer shoes. It's a must to visit this amazing and legendary store here in New York City.

This is my favorite Macy's store. The Herald Square location makes it easy to access and the sheer size of it means you can shop for hours. I bought my two-piece Bar III suit here which is exclusive to Macy's and couldn't be more pleased. The total came out to around $200 which provided amazing value. I was greeted warmly by the salesman on the 4th floor and he helped me pick out a suit and was very helpful overall. The only downside is that if you want a certain discount you have to come back the next day to pick up your purchase. They hold your item for you and give you a ticket with which you can come back to retrieve your item. The store itself has some unique decor that has made Macy's one of the landmark New York City stores. The wooden escalators are a distinct feature that will grab your attention. I remember a Midwestern friend of mine being hesitant to ride up thinking it wasn't safe but I reassured her that it was and I've gone on it all the time. They have a very nice cafeteria to grab a meal in after you've done shopping and their pizza has always been delicious. The cellar has some handy kitchen items you can use at home and their products have always been of the highest quality.

MACY*S is the Main Event! I have a huge love for this Iconic Flagship store..I worked here 5 yrs when I was in College & I made a ton of friends- Everything Is THE BEST in this store! From Clothing to Home Furnishings and Gourmet Food and Housewares. and do not forget the Restaurants. You can shop here and find some great bargins too- I know have! Macy's will always hold that great Charm for me..Especially around the Holidays- THERE is NO place like NYC at Holiday time.. The Thanksgiving Parade began with employees from this store volunteering to walk and be trained for that one event..Like her sister BLOOMINGDALE'S, You simply have not experienced NY, without shopping Here. I LOVE NYC.
