I'm in my late 20's and I felt like most of the clothes here were too young for me. Further, the overall quality of the clothes seemed low. Generally speaking they seemed like the type of clothes you will get one season out of at best. I will give Strawberry credit though for a having not one, but two plus size sections. I no longer wear plus sizes but my former self would have been overjoyed!

Writing this from the line to the register: this store is great for pieces that are on trend (palazzo pants, key shoulder tops,whatever is in the style at the moment) for a reasonable price. That being said, the customer service is pretty sub par - forget asking anyone for help. The lines at the fitting room move pretty fast but the cashier always,always has a line. It took me almost 20 minutes to get to the register on a Friday at 2:30pm. They do have something for everyone: plus size, bathing suits, athletic gear, dresses, underwear, jeans,etc. Great prices, but again, don't buy anything if you're in a rush.

JUST SHOPPED AT THIS STORE... WAITED IN LINE 15 MINS... ONLY TO BE TOLD WE DO NOT ACCEPT $100 BILLS,...... HELLO YOURE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF MIDTOWN... RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE HYATT...WHERE IS A SIGN POSTED...NO WHERE??!!!.... IS THIS A CONSUMER LAW....??? NO!!! I WAS INSULTED ... TO BE TOLD ITEM MUST COST $20 OR MORE.....ITEM WAS $16.99.......REALLY....I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS STORE OVER 20 YEARS... WHAT MANAGER MAKES THIS UP???.... I WONT BE BACK... LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!

I hate this place. She asked me for ID and I told her I just changed my name on the card so I don't have one that matches but I can sign into the app and show her my name there and the last 4 digit of the card and she denied me with an attitude. I wasted my entire lunch break in there to get denied for something a manager could have easily fixed. I will never go here again.

I have gone to many Strawberry stores and am disappointed by the service. They have affordable apparel and my younger friends like the style so I make the purchases for them as gifts. The items are stylish, but they are not the ones that I would wear. I would prefer H&M for both the service and the amount of choices I have there.
