Just received 3 pairs of shoes. Really disappointed. One pair (the only pair that fits) were worn at the toe and heel and didn't have the normal paper and stick inside so obviously had been worn & returned by someone and then sent to me. The other two pair, same size are gapping and big. All three pair were of lesser quality than the "loafers" I have purchased in the past. Really disappointing. Probably won't purchase Aerosole shoes again. (I didn't return as I will "make due" and didn't want to pay the $11.50 to return.
