We have been customers for several years, with 4 of our cars being serviced by Aeschbach.  The guys are great, good communicators, and practical in their recommendations and advice.  They are very flexible in working with us, and very accommodating.  They continue to improve things like their inspection reports, giving me good detail on the condition of the car, photos, and recommendations on my mobile device.  They're simply great work with.

Super impressed with this automotive repair shop. You think it’s just this little out-of-the-way shop, which it is, but I absolutely LOVE how they have invested in technology. 

They give you an online car inspection report with pictures. So when they say, your filter needs to be replaced, you absolutely KNOW it needs replacing. You can see it for yourself. 

Also their prices are fair and I don’t feel “sold.” Bill described the issues that I’ll need to budget for down the road. And also since this car is not new, but it’s new to me, he helped me understand the manufacturers’ recommendations.

My power steering had been leaking for a while and I was trying to call around to get an idea of cost to replace the pressure hose and possibly the pump (wasn't sure if it was still operable). A friend had recommended Aeschbach's, so I emailed to see if i could get a rough estimate for repairs. I received a prompt reply and the man suggested I bring the car in for an inspection to get an accurate diagnosis. Paid around $65 for an inspection and they called me with the bad news that I did indeed need both the pressure hose and the power steering pump, with the estimate being roughly $1260 (holy cow!). I had previously talked to another shop who gave an estimate of around $850, so I decided to pick my car up and get a second opinion.  I called another reputable garage in my area and spoke to the owner, who was confused at why I would need both, seeing as the power steering worked when it had fluid, it just leaked out within a few days. They got me in quick and looked at my vehicle FOR FREE! They let me know that my current pump DID still work and I would only need the hose. They fixed my car the next day for just over $400 and my car has been running amazing since then.  I won't be going anywhere else now.  So upset with the fact that I almost paid $1260 for repairs i didn't even need, but so happy it worked out it the end.

A coworker referred me to Aeschbach, explaining that the shop is close to work and the mechanics are honest. I have never been so impressed with an auto shop! Not only did they connect with me regarding price before doing any work, but they also have a website where pictures and detailed comments from the mechanic explained everything I needed to know. They dropped me off at work and got my truck fixed the same day. The fact that they can email and text message me when my vehicle is ready is perfect - while I can't always answer my phone during meetings, I can open an email or text. After sharing my experience with my husband, he decided we'll be taking both cars there from now on. They even have a customer loyalty program, which is unheard of! I'm very pleased to have found a new shop that's so convenient and meets all my needs.

Very impressed with their thorough services. They were very quick to fix a major issue my car was having that another technician took a week to look at and still couldn't figure out. I was also very impressed by their transparency in their services. They provided clear expectations for service costs, which were very fair in my opinion, and had tiers of how much I wanted to invest in researching the problem(s). As they were working on repairs, they kept regular, clear lines of communication over the phone with their progress. They also provided a loaner car for the few days my car was in the shop. Finally, at the end of it all, provided recommendations and listed potential future trouble spots, but were not pushy what-so-ever to do more work on it. All-in-all, this was by far the most impressive car shop I have ever dealt with. Don't take your car to a dealership. A+
