A year ago I took in my 2008 Ford Focus SE for an oil change and tire rotation and when they told me the cost, I was surprised with how fair it was. I don't quite remember the price I paid but it was fair and they did it as quickly and efficiently as they could and I thank them now after a year later because they were nice and professional.

Took my son's jeep in for issues that it was having. They replaced the serpentine belt and spark plugs, and said all was well.  2 days later the power steering went out. Took it back and they said the line had been cut. Coincidence I don't think so.  Now after a good bit of time the Jeep is having issues running again. We have since moved out of state and took it in.  Repair shop states that the spark plugs that were in the jeep were for a foreign car not a Jeep.  Due to the wrong application spark plugs I now have a 900.00 bill to fix the Jeep.  This was not our first negative experience with this shop! Glad we moved.

My experience with the folks at Avenue Auto, especially with Bryan, have consistently been positive. I've come to them a few times to get a second quote on work that's been recommended by other mechanics, and Bryan's been great about being straight-up about what repairs the car does or does not actually need - most importantly, he explains the why behind his recommendations. (The lesson here for me is to go straight to these folks in the future.) Despite being a busy shop, they've also been great about accommodating me - just this week, we dropped off a car in the evening for them to make an estimate; when he called the next morning, he said they'd actually be able to get the repair done that same day. We weren't expecting such quick turnaround, but it was tremendously helpful to have our car back in working order so quickly.

I brought my car in after work today because I noticed my low beams were both out last night. The service was amazing and prices were great. He was able to look at my car right away, confirm the bulbs were blown out, and replace them on the spot! High quality service, friendliness, and professionalism. A+ job; will 100% be returning for future car troubles and recommend to all friends and coworkers!
