I went to the SuperNova Furniture inside of Plaza Americas. My mother and I were looking for a new bed frame but were just walking in to look around. However, we were greeted and helped right on the spot by their employee Carlos. L. He was very kind and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at an accommodating price. We ended up purchasing our item and left content. Can't wait until it is delivered!

Excellent customer service. So nice to be treated with respect before and after the transaction is completed. I would recommend the Northwest store highly. Jonathan was not only patient but genuinely kind.

Thank you Aislan & Sara for the outstanding customer service! It was fast and easy and both ladies were very helpful! We had gone to Conn’s and rooms to go but the service and furniture pricing for the quality was terrible. We stopped here on our way home & found exactly what we were looking for on a Sunday evening when no other place was willing to help us let alone go the extra mile for us. We Love our new bed set! Thank you supernova furniture for everything 😃

The service was exceptional. We were attend by Maria Urdiales. She asked us what we looking for and she showed us all the options they had available. She is very friendly and patient. She also explained all the financing in detail. Prices are a little high but it is high quality furniture and they do offer a lot of discounts. I really recommend Supernova.
