Horrible!!  I stored items in one of their 10 x 10 unites for just over one year.  When I came back to my unit, I found many of my boxes had be chewed into and the contents destroyed by nesting mice.  Their feces and urine stains were everywhere!  There were droppings and urine stains on all of the exposed surfaces and inside many of our boxes.  

About half of my boxes (20+) had been chewed into and the contents destroyed.  That included photos, family keepsakes, etc.  (Note:  We did NOT store any food in our unit. Only home furnishings and keepsakes.)  We had many irreplaceable and/or valuable items that were ruined and had to be thrown away.  

I called the office to complain and was told there was nothing they could do.  Go to a nicer place with your valuables.  Don't trust these guys to take care of them!
