Great people, great work, always feel welcomed, and the owners go out of their way to help/show kindness. Highly recommended! I won't let anyone else touch my suits, nor shoes!

RUN!!!!! The same thing happened to me! I took a pair of boots in to have a zipper replaced. They said they would have it done on Monday, but when I went in it was not and I had wasted my trip. When I did finally get the boots back their was a hole cut in the lining, the man either didn't use the right machine or didn't have the tension correct (I don't have a leather machine, but I sew professionally), and the first time I tried to wear them the zipper immediately pulled off. 
When I went back to get a refund the woman, who had previously understood me well, conveniently forgot how to understand any English. She would not give me cash , but eventually agreed to take my credit card number (not refund me on their machine while I was in front of her) and said her husband would refund me when he got there. Do I waste my time driving out for a 5th time to argue with them or eat the $45 charge? (Btw zipper replacements usually cost $15). This place is a scam with people who do HORRIBLE work. Now I have I pay some one else to try to fix boots that my not be salvageable. 

Bottom line: RUN!!!!!!!

I don't usually write reviews but I feel the need to warn others. I read reviews before I brought my shoes here and one guy stated how their damaged his shoe. I should have followed my gut and believed him before I took my shoe there. They damaged my shoe, this was a new shoe never been worn that I just wanted the heel cut down. But instead I received my shoe with the bottom lifted, when I asked how it got damages they said I brought it there that way. Smh, then the wife now can't speak English so she called her husband who proceed to tell me I didn't want to pay so I'm finding fault and if I wanted it fixed I'll need to wait until he gets there that evening but I will have to pay him again to fix it. I never heard no mess like this in my life; if I could do it all again I would have never gone there. If you looking for somewhere with caliber, please run far away from this place because they might say you brought them half a shoe to fix next time.... P.S. Lesson learned... I only rate 1star because there isn't a zero star to give this place but that's what they deserve.

I have been taking my dry cleaning there for about 1 year now.  Their quality is wonderful.  The customer service is excellent.  I highly recommend them.
