Aside from being the only dry cleaner between Downtown Concord and Charlotte that doesn't use an offsite location to do your cleaning, the staff is always very friendly and the quality of service has been consistently amazing. You can't beat its "Ready in a Day" service, thanks to the onsite cleaning facility. I HIGHLY recommend.

This was our first time and last time using their service. They ruined my husband's dress shirt. Their were smudged marks all over and all the colors bleed together. They also did not leave a note on the shirt and did not tell us of their mistake. My husband found out when he took it out to wear to work.
