Washing machine went out hated the idea of going to a laundromat but was happy we went here. As soon as we walked in they suggested machines and could not do enough to help. It was clean, quick, and easy. They were there working on cleaning machine and fixing things. They said they had just bought it, and were getting ready for a grand reopening, if you need a laundromat around Kannapolis this the place.

Exceptionally clean and well managed. Prices are reasonable. My first choice for special loads that I can't handle at home.

I really like this place. I'm posting this as I'm sitting at one of the tables as we speak and I wait for my laundry to finish drying. It's a convenient location with ample parking. The interior is clean and organized, but most importantly, the machines work great and is generously ventilated. With so many dryers going at once, there are so many facilities that are just hot and humid, but I feel very comfortable even in the hottest part of the summer. To use the machines, you need to either purchase one of their prepaid activation cards ($2) or you can simply ask an attendant to activate a machine for you, so it saves you the trouble of having to use quarters. To pass your time there is ample seating and tables, a few arcade machines, including a Mrs. Pacman Machine, as well as a pool table, but as a millennial, the free wifi is my biggest incentive for going here as opposed to another facility. The wifi is fast and free and password protected, but the password is posted at the front desk, so it's not hard to locate. Once your laundry is done, they have laundry carts and clean standing table for folding and hanging. If you don't feel like doing your laundry yourself, you can drop off your stuff and they'll do it for you for a small fee. Overall I'm very satisfied with this business and will readily recommend it. Pros: Clean, Cheap, Ventillated, Wifi

Easy too get into and out of.. A number of washers were out of order and couldve been alittle cleaner

Very clean..easy to operate machines. Friendly staff. The bonus was 2 old time pinball machines to help pass the time!!
