They ruined my granddaughters birthday.
At $170.00 for a mere two tier cake, we wanted it to be special.
The price was set after we showed a picture of what we wanted.
What we recieved was not even close.
The cake looked like it was decorated by an 8 year old.
It was supposed to be yellow cake mix according to the instructions that we told them and they wrote down, but they made it with white sponge cake.
The icing had a funny taste like it was made with artificial sweeteners and had a crunchy texture to it.
My wife was devastated and cried for a long time.
My Granddaughter didn't want my wife to accept and pay for the cake but my wife didn't want her to celebrate without a cake.
We will NEVER give the our business again.

I want so hard to rate this higher because the people are wonderful. However, there's always something a bit off about the baked goods. Everything I've had looks beautiful, but there's an almost chemical aftertaste to it all, or it's simply too sweet without a defined flavor.

The absolute best bakery in North Georgia.   They have made several custom cakes for us were beautiful and delicious!

I've always prided myself in my homemade chocolate chip cookie cake...until I ate Agan's!  Bar none, the best cookie cake I've ever eaten.  Worth the difference in price in the grocery bakeries.
