Great! We went to the one in Woodstock and the displays were very nice. They have plenty of room and it would be nice if they offered a few tables to sit and enjoy your sweets. Might increase sales since the customer might get something for there and then carry something home. Just keep it simple... bottled soft drinks and basic coffee/cream/sugar. We'll go back and bring our goodies home.

Here cheesecake is amazing. I haven’t had anything bad. Don’t go in by yourself if you don’t have self control. Everything is amazing from there cookies to there pies. Definitely a must stop place if you are in the area.

The coffee is wonderful!! Their breakfast pastries are great, they just need to get more of them. And it would be nice if they had an area where you could sit and eat inside.

Some of their items are good that I've tried. We mainly like the Tiramisu cake. What we do not like is inconsistency. By thhis I am referring to customer service and portions. When you pay almost $10 for a slice of cake you expect that portion to reflect what you are spending. I recently had to go back in to exchange a slice that looked like someone cut about an inch off of the tip. Initially the person that helped me was pleasant, but I sensed the attitude kick in once I asked for a different slice. On top of that it was being discussed with other employees as if we weren't even there. Ironically the second slice was smaller than the first. By smaller I mean it had the proper length, but was fairly thin. This is all we order from Alpine for the most part and know by look and weight. I hope that in the future. Please keep in mind that each and every customer contributes to your livelihood, therefore if a customer asks for something that is in no way unreasonable, do your best to accommodate them. Most importantly wait until they leave before discussing them with other employees in a what was easily perceived as a negative conversation.
