Every time we order something they give us the WRONG things. The staff that work there are sooo rude and obnoxious! One time i ordered a vanilla late and they gave me a cappuccino what is WRONG with this place!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. On 2 separate occasions that I visited this McDonald's, I had to wait more than 15 minutes at the drive through window to receive my order. One time I ordered 2 hot coffees and the staff prepared it ice cold despite clearly printed on the receipt for hot coffees. Then they gave me an attitude and told me to take the ice cold coffees so they wouldn't get in trouble with the manager. On another visit, I waited in line 20 minutes to get to the first window to place my order since the speaker was broken and then another 25 minutes at the actual pick up window... I don't understand how this McDonald's is still in business... :/

if there is one thing that defines Mc Donald's it is the speed and the quality being in the same body. this mc donalds severly lacks in the first one. i have been in this store twice in weekdays around afternoon, and waited 5 min to give order and 10- 15 min to pick up my order. in the last visit i asked the staff to put some mayo in the tray and sge looked around and said there is no mayo... In a mc donalds store!!! it is like you are running a beach club and telling your guests you are out of sand!!! all she had to do is just to take two steps to tje left and pick up some mayo from drive thru. In overall by far the worst Mc Donald's experience ever...

Don't even know why I come back here. Maybe it's because it's the only McDonald's close to where I live. Drive through window wait is always at least 20 minutes and the second drive through intercom never works. They never have what I want.

The only good part about our stay was that the food was perty good but the service was just awful!! It was very obviously stated that we order at the kiosks and then set the table number on your table and then they will bring it to you but nooope not at this one! I finally heard them yelling my number so I went back up to the counter an was informed that they only bring to the table wen there not busy?? Watevr people? Then the lady acted like she didn't know that she needed to mix my mcflurry!? I mean cumon I don't even work there and I know that they get mixed!! Very unhappy with the place!!!
