Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The sushi is always delicious and the ingredients are very fresh. This is my favorite spot in Sarasota for sushi.  A real hidden gem!

I have never been disappointed in my sushi . It has always been presented with friendly smiles and conversation. Although sometimes I have a hard time with accents but I'm from the deep south so what can I say.  I get sick very easily eating out so I am very pleased when I find a place I can trust to be clean and the sushi fresh. They also don't skimp on the amount of fresh fish they give you. Thats my kind of place. We moved here last year and make it a once a week lunch visit ever since.

Terribly overpriced. Food is not even close to numerous wonderful sushi restaurants we used to go in Toronto. 
We were surprised that green tea is not complimentary.
The table was not cleaned promptly by the stuff. We had to clean it  outselves.
Do not recommend.

Visited Ahi Sushi for the first time tonight.  I am someone who likes real authentic sushi, not rolls with cream cheese like most Americans.  I enjoyed some unique fish, clams and oysters I had never tried before.  They had Blue Fin Toro, Ahi Horse Mackerel and Yellow Tail from Japan.  The service was great.  My only negative was the saki was not ice cold, which is how I prefer it.
