Got to have a better system for customers with the same name, back to back. (just add a number!?) Our name was called, we went to the counter and found quite a few missing items. They fixed it. Hence the five stars.

It's hit or miss (mostly miss). Two times I got my food and it was kind of cold. Another time they gave me one napkin with my meal. The worst part for me though is no one ever spreads out the ingredients. The meat has always been on just one side of the crunch wrap. And the wrap is never folded well. Everything just falls out. This place maybe needs better training?

Slow as hell. Was in the drive thru line for 45 min and when we got to the window there was only 2 employees working. Food was good and the order was correct. But so dam slow.

Food was great always loved this restaurant and this location does it justice. Cool fun employees and management is always there working for a great customer experience.

Oh. Wow. The drive thru guy has pushed me far far away. Huge taco bell fan. Not at this location. I don't even need to elaborate. Drive yourself thru the drive thru. Wow. Horrible. Worst experience ever. And it's happened multiple times.
