I recently had a huge project I was working on with a crazy deadline. I discussed the scope of business services that this Center had to offer with Corey Weaver. He offered printing and scanning services at an affordable rate. The turnaround time was impressive and despite the last minute request Corey remained friendly, courteous and positive. This is the only business service I use and trust.

Very good service. The previous owner sometimes was a little moody, but they always get me what I need at the right price. I started using them as the mail and packages at my house was getting stolen.

PLEASE! do yourself a favor and  DO NOT EVER enter this store.  you would regret it!!!  I wish I have read all the reviews before I came here to drop off a FedEx package.  I needed to send something to a merchant and the merchant asked me to use their account number and address on file for the account number to mail package. I walked into the store and told them that is what I need.  The guy working at the front desk told me that they cannot do that.  I was a little surprised and said I called FedEx yesterday and that is the instruction they gave me.  Then there is this mad older aged guy (from the other reviews sounds like the owner) rushing out from inside and yelled at me madly "THEN GO TO FEDEX AND DO NOT COME HERE!".  I was shocked and was not sure where the attitude was coming from?  I had been extremely polite. I told him it is fine they cannot do it and I have to go to FedEx store but still he did not have to have such an attitude.   After reading other reviews it seems the owner do not like people dropping off package from FedEx and that might be why he was so mad? (or he could just be mentally not stable...)  But then he did not have to put the FedEx label on his window.  Anyways, horrible horrible customer service, and like several other reviewer said if I could give this place ZERO stars that is exactly what I would do.

Do not go to this mail center to take Passport photos.  We paid $60 to have passport photos taken here and they were not accepted due to the size/borders.  Upon returning to inquire about a refund, we were treated rudely and we did not have our money refunded.  Very poor experience and customer service.
