We brought 12 people last Sunday afternoon and this was the worst restaurant experience I can remember. I submitted comments to them while still in restaurant to notify them and all I got was a standard free coke email. There was only one person working there who could not handle the work load by himself. There was no BBQ sauce and no ice. We were told the electricIty was out on the wall where this was. The cokes were flat and the ice tea was terrible . The service was extremely slow and we would have all left except some of us had already paid and been served. The floor was sticky and the rest rooms lacked maintenance. This restaurant should be closed and they should clean up their act. We have been to other Dickeys and they were excellent. This one is ruining your image Dickeys! Do something about it. Everyone should avoid this Dickeys until they fix it.

It's really too bad when there is great vision but no execution or care behind it. This place is fading! Decided to dine here with a large group. This place staffed only one employee on the day we chose to eat here. This employee was not the friendliest.  There was no ice or BBQ sauce in the store. We were told to go next door and get ice. Lol. 
It took this dude 40 minutes to complete our order. We didn't even eat together. This BBQ experience and food would make Texas BBQ quit if they knew this stuff existed in their sphere of excellence. This place is well below the standard of excellence for BBQ. Save your money and preserve your love for BBQ and go elsewhere. 
If this place could afford professional courtesy and at least respond to my original email notifying them of my experience, they will have my attention. BUT, they don't care. The majority of reviews speak for themselves.  #leadershiptrainingneeded

Worst Dickies ever! No ice, no bbq sauce, no sides to pick from and the ice cream machine didn't work. One guy working. It would have been nice to know they were out of all these things. Bathrooms were crappy too!

There chicken and pork were good, but they didn't have much of anything else. Only two sides out of a list of 12. No brisket. No ice cream. No iced tea. No forks. No bbq sauce. Something about changing owners and having issues, but it's no excuse. 

Kids were very disappointed that the ice cream wasn't working. 

Very frustrated after having spent $30 for what we got. This is unfortunately not my first disappointment at a Dickey's. 

I won't be back.

Where do I even begin??? This place is TERRIBLE!!! They were out of a ton of stuff!!! When we finally ordered something, that wasn't even right! I ordered a brisket Mac stack. They didn't put it together right, which shouldn't be hard since it's just brisket on top of Mac and cheese! The employee had to come out and look at the menu as if I had ordered something that wasn't on there. What I ordered is $7.99 and not only did they put it together wrong, they charged me $9.99 for it! They're slow as hell! Out of sodas, had no BBQ sauce. When I paid them, the employee even gave me the wrong change. I had to give it back and tell him what to give me! We've been to plenty of dickeys and have never had one issue! We are definitely NEVER coming back here!
