Change your hours of operation online. You're not open at 7am. What's posted is 8:30am. I see the other reviews with 5 star rating...lies. No real names and others no review written.

The people working at this pharmacy are seriously retarded. It is the worst customer service I have ever had, and I deal with a lot of pharmacies. Both the guy and Asian lady that answer the phone when you call the pharmacy are not only rude, but lazy, they forget to do things that are needed, send forms or contact doctors with changes. When I try and bring up issues, they just state rules that they have, which I know are BS, because other cvs's don't have the same issue, they just don't want to do the work. CVS needs to replace or re-train these people working at this location. They are by far the worst people I have had to deal with, anywhere. Not just cvs, But any store or service in the last few years, These people are the worst by far. Save yourself the trouble and don't use CVS. Especially not this one.

AWFUL, if you are looking for efficiency and accuracy, DO NOT go to this pharmacy! They have messed up my meds 3+ months in a row!
