I love the front desk lady. I've been going here for years. She is always chatting it up with people. Super nice. And all of the employees have been there forever as well. That says a lot about a business. I've never left unhappy. And my car is usually full of dog hair and kid messes when I arrive!

This place has been around for a long long long time. Same guys have been on the line for 20 years getting your car' ready and cleaning them Debbie the cashier is great very much a family type of place landmark in Palm Springs that do an excellent job on your car the price is reasonable it's hit-and-miss for long lines and crowds waiting to get their car washed. My number one place.

Debbie at the front desk was great and so personable. A breath of fresh air on a Friday afternoon. Very thorough wash and dry.

This was my second visit for the exterior wash. On both occasions I felt a lot of attention was paid to doing a thorough job including washing the rims and the tires.  Care was taken in drying and the tires were dressed.  The owner John is courteous and hard working as is his cashier (regret her name did not register).  The team of people worked diligently and for the most part, seemed to be enjoying the work.  I would be very surprised if every effort wouldn't be made to resolve a complaint or deficiency.
