Manager polite and very helpful in visually showing me how items could be stacked in various configurations——in several different unit sizes and locations.  
Facility quiet and has easy access.  Keep eyes on alert for low-to-ground ENTRANCE sign —- on Campus going north — just past Bristol signal—on opposite side of street from airport equipment.
Unit clean; hallway has good lighting; no odors;
Several large pushcarts by elevator.
Folder prepared for you with paperwork; unit #; entrance code and other helpful information.

Nice staff. No complaints here on my end. would be nice if they stayed open late for nights owls such as myself. Since it’s secured and all. But great staff. Great prices.

I moved in only two weeks ago. First they used paper applications. Which seemed quite outdated. I chose a unit close to office thinking that my items would be more secure.
Instead I was treated like I was a thief.
When I punched in many time the manager or employee would burst into a side door like I entered their private residence.
The bathroom is locked after hours so I quickly change my clothing inside my unit.
Within seconds the manager rushed downstairs like it was a burglar. Keep in mind the gate hours have not expired.
Saying I should change elsewhere. I believe California law states that a facility should be accessible to customers at all times.
Their is NO Emergency exit gate in case there is a FIRE.
