Came in to rent a storage today. Came back with my belongings and was told I could not because I needed a DRIVER'S LICENSE? WHAT? My Valid ID would not do. Someone please explain this stupid policy to me.

This storage facility is the best & safest. Always clean & the workers are absolutely perfect with helping you get the exact space size you need plus they're friendly.  It's mostly business companies that store their business records here so it's very professional & not a lot of big truck traffic. The only problem are the hours. Hours are 7-7 just to get into the gates. If they stayed opened just one hour longer it would be absolutely perfect. Please consider changing your hours. Oh, the location could not be safer. At least take a look at the facility to see if it is for you.
