Inventory was fairly organized and well-stocked. Bathroom was clean. Lady at the counter was not nice and she wasn't mean either... she just gave off a odd feeling like she just didn't want to be there. The guy in the back had a real punk attitude. I called several times before I came yet still needed to wait over 10 minutes for a truck to move so they could bring the trailer out.. would have been a much longer of a wait but I took the initiative and walked around the back and politely asked the driver to move for a moment so we would hand cart the trailer out. That's when the punk attitude guy got all upset.

Truck was ready when I arrived.  About 5 minutes, I was out of there.  I called to extend return time for two hours without any problems.  Good thing that no one else was waiting for the truck after me. The drive through return was simple and quick.  Friendly crews. I'm satisfied.

I come here for my propane tank refills. I just avoid the mornings and the parking is fine. If you get here early, good luck finding a parking spot.

Extremely rude customer service. Was called because I was late with the uhaul, explains there were unavoidable  circumstances . Pressured to return by a specific time instead of charging for another day with no questions.
