Agree that this is a scam. Once you submit the online reservation you get a confirmation number. Submit 5 online reservations and it's the same confirmation number (meaning it is a fake confirmation number). Try to call to confirm the reservation and they only have a voicemail. Ask to speak with a dispatcher for same day service and they tell you to call another taxi company. Had the same problem with them last year. Their positive reviews are all fakes. Stay away from them.

Wish I had used Yelp instead of Google to find a cab & wish I could give negative stars. Took our online reservation but never confirmed by email. Then I called to confirm & they were super rude and assured me it was I system & told me the price from Chevy chase to airport would be $60 which seemed insane in the age of Uber but I let is stand as it was now late and we needed a for sure ride at 5am (only reasons didn't just rely on Uber in first place). So then 5am rolls around & husband is on the street waiting, waiting... We try to call, nothing but pre recorded messages, no on EVER comes, no answer ever and we hail uber & it's there in 4 min. Dude! The only thing people are paying for with livery service now is a guaranteed timed pick up. You should be ashamed & will certainly die the death your business deserves quickly with this service & pricing. Leaving travelers on the side of the predawn road is BAD BUSINESS KARMA- Die, die, die! (Also know as Montgomery cab!) Go to Yelp! This is clearly a scam company which would have zero stars if platform allows & has nothing but complaints over years!! PS- notice the language in their 2 glowing reviews here are word-for-word copy & paste i.e totally fake!

Looked like a good idea...office to the airport. What could go wrong? Called them up and booked a pickup at 3:00pm for 4:05pm. As of 4:30pm no one had shown up. Called them starting at 4:15 and no one picked up the phone on any line. We will see whether our exec misses their flight or not. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for great taxi service in the Silver Spring MD area.Wow! I have been using them now for seven years and never once have I been forgotten or picked up late. I really like their online booking reservation tool. Someone always calls me to confirm within minutes of making the reservation. The taxi drivers are always on time and their cars are clean and comfortable. Employees are polite, eager to help and go to any length to satisfy my special request. Thanks for the great service!! Dr. Garris with FDA
