Terrible service!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!! I only use a cab when i dont have money on my card for uber! I waited over 45 minutes for a cab and was late to work because of it!! I guarantee this is the last time i ever call diamond cab!!!

I have always had terrible experiences with this particular company but the ride i had this afternoon takes the cake. My taxi # was 1023 his name was Maurice. when i asked for his name nicely he wouldn't tell me at 1st. which I thought was quite rude. He of course took forever to get to our destination.He was talking on the phone even thought that's against Maryland law. He even started smoking a cigarette while we were still on our ride. I THOUGHT "HE CAN'T BE SERIOUS!" He then took forever to run our card and kept me hostage until he did so, and can you believe he had the nerve to ask for a tip. worst customer service ever.

This company is horrible! We've had countless problems. The worst was the operator laughing with her with her coworkers and mimicking my mother with a speech problem!

The driver of cab 656 blocked my entry to handicapped parking and did not move until I finished struggling to get in the spot at Sinai hospital. He was not dropping off or picking up a customer at that moment. Just another nasty, mean spirited ****.
